Almost anything really! We experience so many themes throughout our lives. Some may include grief, career and business, divorce, break ups, friendships, romantic relationships, school life, addiction, overcoming or experiencing a creative block, art, spirituality, society, family, physical and mental health, moving to a new place, travel, lifestyle etc. You can talk about processes, challenges, successes, aspirations, outcomes and/or lessons. The most important thing is that you are comfortable to share.

Any one! As long as you have good energy and respect for others, you are most welcome. 

Absolutely! You will need to pay a fee to participate in  FG's outdoor events/trips. These payments will strictly be put towards to the costs that you will incur during these events. No payments will be made to FG.
